Updates on the International Biological Situation

A) Bird Flu

Two months ago we learned of a release of avian influenza which set off an independent investigation by scientists such as myself. I have heard nothing back from Avir Green Hills, and Biotest's phone in Czech Republic remains disconnected. The media has remained silent; there has been no follow-up. Unfortunately this silence is deafening, considering the ominous signs that we are to have a pandemic on the horizon later this year, no doubt to occur during the oncoming economic collapse. The following are the summary of recent news stories:

A.1 Egypt reports 66th bird flu case Less than one week after reporting the 65th human infection of the deadly H5N1 avian flu virus, the Egyptian health ministry has reported that a baby girl has contracted the virus.

A.2 Mexico vaccine trial mixes rabies nucleocapsid with bird flu Nucleocapsid of rabies virus improve immune response of an inactivated avian influenza vaccine. Loza-Rubio E, Molina-Güarneros J, Montaño-Hirose JA. Centro Nacional de Investigaciones en Microbiología Veterinaria, INIFAP, Carretera México-Toluca Km 15.5, Colonia Palo Alto, CP 05110, México, D, F, loza.elizabeth@inifap.gob.mx. The purpose of this study was to determine if nucleocapsid of rabies virus could improve the immune response (humoral and protective) of chickens vaccinated against avian influenza with an inactivated avian influenza experimental vaccine (AIV). On the other hand, AIV with and without NC was compared with an inactivated oil emulsion avian influenza commercial vaccine (CV) virus, currently used in Mexico. Groups of 8 day old chickens were vaccinated intracutaneously with an AIV (group 1); group 2, AIV supplemented with 20 mug of nucleocapsid of rabies virus (NC); Group 3, commercial vaccine (CV) and control groups (4 and 5) with 20 mug of NC and non-infected allantoic fluid, respectively. CV showed a better antibody-mediated response (p < 0.001) after and before challenging; which correlated with the best protection; while NC improved the protection in comparison with group

1. This is the first report on the potential utility of the rabies virus N protein to improve immune response in domestic species.

A.3 Avian Flu [‘”H7”] Found On Western Kentucky Poultry Farm Wednesday, Apr 8, 2009 @04:24am CST

(Frankfort, KY) -- Federal and state authorities are investigating a suspected avian influenza outbreak on a poultry farm in western Kentucky. http://ozarksfirst.com/content/fulltext/?cid=136781

A.4 Singapore bans Kentucky poultry after flu finding, AS 4/15/2009, 6:19 a.m. EDT The Associated Press SINGAPORE (AP) — SINGAPORE (AP) ? Singapore has banned poultry from Kentucky after an outbreak of bird flu at a chicken farm in the state.

A.5 FDA Clears Rapid H5N1 Flu Test In an effort to prepare for an avian flu epidemic, the FDA announced it has cleared a new, more rapid test for avian influenza A virus. The test, which is called AVantage A/H5N1 Flu Test, detects influenza A/H5N1 in throat or nose swabs collected from patients who have flu-like symptoms in less than 40 minutes. Previous FDA-approved tests took three to four hours to produce results. "This test is an important tool to help quickly identify emerging influenza A/H5N1 infections and reduce exposure to large populations," says Dr Daniel G. Schultz, director of the FDA’s Center for Devices and Radiological Health. "The clearance of this test represents a major step toward protecting the public from the threat of pandemic flu," he adds. According to the CDC, the H5N1 subtype virus - which is found mostly in birds - has caused the largest number of detected cases of serious disease and death among avian influenza viruses that have infected humans.

B) Chemtrails

B.1 Recent developments by scientist Clifford Carnicom indicate the chemtrails pathogen, obtained and cultured from human tissue, is capable of manufacturing 'de novo' erythrocytes (red blood cells) in culture. The fact has been confirmed by three separate tests. This is contrary to all publicly known medical science, and indicates the chemtrail biological pathogens are highly advanced and contain as yet unidentified gene expression technology, which apparently bypasses the use of stem cells. Instead the pathogen is capable of directly synthesizing new RBC’s from its pleomorphic sub-micron filament structure.

B.2 Research has been ongoing into the origins and nature of the 'chemtrails' aersosol spraying. Information so far has indicated that the biologicals are connected with Battelle Memorial Institute (based on patents), grown in bioreactors, then possibly freeze-dried (dessicated) with liquid nitrogen prior to being mixed with an unidentified polymer matrix, transported via heavy rail and tanker truck, and sprayed in an aerosol form.

Jay M. Short / Diversa Abstract An invention comprising cellular transformation, directed evolution, and screening methods for creating novel transgenic organisms having desirable properties. Thus in one aspect, this invention relates to a method of generating a transgenic organism, such as a microbe or a plant, having a plurality of traits that are differentially activatable.

Also, a method of retooling genes and gene pathways by the introduction of regulatory sequences, such as promoters, that are operable in an intended host, thus conferring operability to a novel gene pathway when it is introduced into an intended host. For example a novel man-made gene pathway, generated based on microbially-derived progenitor templates, that is operable in a plant cell. Furthermore, a method of generating novel host organisms having increased expression of desirable traits, recombinant genes, and gene products.

Isolated Polynucleotides and Methods of Promoting a Morphology in a Fungus Battelle Memorial Institute Abstract "The invention includes isolated polynucleotide molecules that are differentially expressed in a native fungus exhibiting a first morphology relative to the native fungus exhibiting a second morphology. The invention includes a method of enhancing a bioprocess utilizing a fungus. A transformed fungus is produced by transforming a fungus with a recombinant polynucleotide molecule."
